| Message: | My dad retired from the Navy as an ADR Chief Petty Officer. He was a flight engineer on PBY's stationed out of the Aletutians, Dutch Harbor, Kiska, etc. Other than the terrible winters, that was all he told me about that aspect of his duty. I have since been told by family members, that he and his flight crew were MIA for some period of time. Is there anyone out there that remembers this, or knows where I can do a further search.
